For 2026, ProFSET partners with the Royal Society to discuss the Future of Food 2100.

ProFSET is the Professional Food, Science, Engineering & Technology group, comprised of 11 learned society professional bodies working across the food sector.

Join us for a lively and engaging roundtable workshop exploring how future advances across the food system could redefine the sector by 2100. We will explore grand challenges in the food system pillars of Grow, Process, Distribute, Consume, End of Life, and Circularity.
