About this Event

Welcome to the CJC National Forum 2026!

The Civil Justice Council's National Forum is a key event in the civil justice calendar, bringing together judges, legal professionals, policymakers, academics and justice sector stakeholders from across England and Wales.

This year's theme, Future Technologies and Access to Justice, explores how emerging technologies are changing the way people access and experience civil justice. Through keynote speeches, panel discussions, interactive workshops and live technology demonstrations, delegates will have the opportunity to examine current developments, exchange ideas and contribute to the conversation about the future of the justice system.

A day of discussion, insight and practical engagement with some of the most important issues facing civil justice today.

The full programme will be released early Autumn, alongside details of livestreaming for those unable to attend in person.
