Important Notes:

• Cancellations must be made 5 business days before the event for a credit. No refunds or credits will be issued for illness or last-minute cancellations but tickets can be transferred to another person for the same event. A 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee applies for cancellations due to credit card transaction fees.
• If the event is cancelled by us you may choose a full refund or credit. For weather-related cancellations no refund will be issued but a credit will be applied to a future event.
• Matches will be sent by 9 AM the following business day with notifications sent via email/phone. Personal information like last names emails or phone numbers will not be exchanged through the platform.
• A 2-3 year flexibility is allowed for the age range.
• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may forfeit their spot with no refund or credit.
