Our January Meditation and Sound Bath is designed to help us remember how loved we are, remembering our achievements and to bring calmness or inner peace into our session together . Let us go with the flow.

Using crystals and sound healing will restore balance with inner ego, forgiveness and bring inner peace. Feel the intension of inner selflove and support by the end of this meditation experience.

As you settle comfortably, our expert meditation guide , Giselle, she will lead you through a gentle meditation practice, guiding your mind to stillness and helping you to relax.

As you lie comfortably on your yoga mat, wrapped in a cozy blanket and supported by a pillow, you will allow the soothing sounds of singing bowls and other instruments to wash over your body.
