Processing Grief and Loss

Grief and loss are universal experiences, but taboo topics of discussion. We often feel isolated and unsure about how to move through our grief. In this education session, we will discuss how we grieve and how to grieve well. Participants will learn about the dual process model of grieiving and the importance of continuing bonds.
