With the advent of virtual trainings and social media, Yoga Teachers are experiencing more contactless hours than ever. Scrolling through Instragram and Pinterest, saving the latest Reel but lacking in the heart of Yoga- connection.

Join us Saturdays for connections, conversations and community in the Yogamour Nook. The Teachers Lounge is open to any Yoga Teacher or Trainee. Topics will range organically from asana, meditation, philosophy and if the studio space is available, posture clinics. You do not need to be a Yogamour Teacher to join.
