About this Event
Join artist Verna Vogel for a step-by-step, hands-on introduction to collagraph printmaking. This fun and approachable process uses everyday materials to create richly textured and surprisingly sophisticated prints.
Through a mix of demonstration, discussion, and practice, you’ll:
- Part 1: Build unique printing plates using textured papers, acrylic mediums, found materials, and glue.
- Part 2: Experiment with printing on different types of paper using rollers, spray bottles, barens, and even your hands.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a collection of beautiful prints—and the skills and inspiration to continue exploring collagraph printmaking at home or in your studio.
