Smoke Justis is one of only THREE retailers in Northern Kentucky to get a bottle of Sazerac's Weller Millennium! Weller Millennium is crafted from a blend of vintage bourbon and wheat whiskeys distilled between 2000 and 2006, and is virtually unavailable to the general public.
While we consider this bottle a prized possession, we believe that whiskey is made to be drunk, not sit on a shelf. Which is why we've designed an extremely exclusive 3-course dinner with a full Weller lineup, including a pour from the Millennium!!
Seats are limited to 25 total, so everyone will get a premium experience. Here's the full menu breakdown:
Amuse Bouche:
Smoked Salmon Blini - Delight in mini buckwheat pancakes topped with dill crème fraîche, citrus-cured cold-smoked salmon, and a sprinkle of Rainbow Trout caviar.
Paired with 1 oz of Weller 12 Year.
First Course:
Burrata Caprese Salad - Indulge in creamy burrata mozzarella paired with fresh basil, heirloom cherry tomatoes, and shaved radish, all drizzled with a rich balsamic reduction and fragrant basil oil, accompanied by garlic butter crostinis.
Paired with 1 oz of Weller Antique.
Second Course:
Smoked Surf & Turf - Savor the perfect blend of land and sea with reverse-seared smoked beef tenderloin, served medium-rare, alongside crab imperial, roasted asparagus & shallots in lemon butter, and potatoes au gratin.
Paired with 1 oz of Weller Full Proof.
Third Course:
Raspberry-Chocolate Mousse Cake - Dive into a rich dark chocolate cake with layers of chocolate-raspberry jam, topped with ruby chocolate and raspberry mousse, garnished with gold-dusted raspberries and chocolate shavings.
Paired with 1 oz of Weller Millennium.
We know the price tag has a bit of shock value, but Weller Millenium is quite expensive for us, and this dinner will be a very rare experience led by a Sazerac team member!
