This Monthly PrintKIn Social is aimed at any CAMP member who has an interest in, or would like to learn more about, printmaking, taking part in exhibitions and becoming part of a wider social network in Plymouth.

What is CAMP?

Contemporary Art Membership Platform (CAMP) is a member-led support and professional development network for artists, arts workers, and other creatives. CAMP collectively promotes and supports doing, making, and sharing contemporary art across Devon, Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.

CAMP is a Community Interest Company (CIC) led by a team of six voluntary co-directors. KIN groups are a way of meeting other CAMP members who are working in a similar way to yourself. They are self organising groups.

At the moment there are six KIN groups that meet regularly – Writing KIN group, Drawing KIN group, Textile KIN group, Moving Image KIN group, Exeter Peer Support KIN group and Printmakers KIN group (PrintKin).

August 3rd-10th: Collab Residency opportunity at RAMP @ Ocean Studios

This will be discussed in the first PrintKIN Social and Print makers who express an interest will be contacted prior to August dates.

Saturday September 28th - Critique: bring along a print for a critique with printmaker Studio holders - names TBC

Saturday October 26th - Print Your Own action/reaction postcard with Studio Holder Kiss and Bite Letterpress Alan Qualtrough

Saturday November 30th - Talk - TBC
Saturday December 14th - Christmas Social
