JELLY JAZZ returns on November 22nd for its regular(ish!) session at the wonderful Cosmic Kitchen!
And this time we welcome special guest DOM SERVINI. As any old school Jellyheads will know, Dom was a regular guest back in the Quay Club days. A vinyl lover, record label boss (Wah Wah 45s), prolific DJ literally all over the shop, resident at The Jazz Cafe, presenter on Jazz FM, the list goes on and on. It's been yonks since Dom came down to Devon, so we thought it's about time to rectify that.
The originator and head-honcho DJ Pete Isaac will also be ruling the decks, digging deeeeep into the vinyl collection, and dishing up a pure bowl of Jelly! Proudly old school, it's 100% vinyl at Jelly Jazz. Nothing beats the crackle of a rare 45, or an obscure but utterly funky track lurking on the B side of an album, or a bang-up-to-date 12" single of Afro beats, it all goes into the bag, celebrating music in all its glory. No laptops here! It's all about a funkin' good time!
