Primary 7s Netball

Following our Poll for the advanced Netball this year,the most popular choice by you was 7s.

This event is for school teams who regularly practice, play matches or fixtures with other schools and the pupils themselves may attend a club outside of school. This tournament is not suitable for those with limited exposure to Netball. This competition is an effective transition from playing primary school netball and introducing the pupils to the secondary school format.

Event Format

Arrival Time: 3:45pm (start time of 4pm)

Where: Weald of Kent Grammar School, Sports Centre ENTRANCE

NO PARKING ON SITE

Who: Y5/6 (teams of 10 players, 7 on a court only two boys playing at any one time

Team

• Can be all girls or Mixed ( maximum of 2 boys playing at one time)
• Schools may bring a maxium of 10 children to this event.
• All children must be in Y5/Y6
• Please bring a couple of your own netballs and a set of netball bibs.

• Standard Netball 7s rules apply

Access to parent spectating from 4pm onwards. Parents must remain outside of the barriers.

This event will be supported by the sports leaders from Weald of Kent.
