This event is thoughtfully designed to nurture your nervous system, reconnect you to your body, and cultivate peace from within.
What to Expect
We’ll begin with Primal Flow Yoga, a unique movement practice that blends fluid, animalistic movements with traditional yoga poses. This dynamic yet grounding style enhances strength, mobility, and mind-body awareness. By tapping into primal patterns of movement, you’ll awaken your innate power and foster a deeper connection to your body.
Our movement session will culminate in a somatic release, allowing you to move through and let go of stagnant energy or held emotions. This practice is deeply healing and cathartic, helping you feel lighter and more connected. We’ll then transition into a calming savasana meditation to integrate your experience.
Next, we’ll shift our focus to the parasympathetic nervous system, often called the "rest and digest" mode. In today’s high-pressure world, many of us operate predominantly in the sympathetic "fight or flight" state, which can contribute to chronic stress, fatigue, and health challenges.
Through a Parasympathetic Reset, you’ll gain practical tools to support your body’s natural ability to find calm and balance, including:
-Breathwork techniques to soothe your mind and body.
-Guided exercises for emotional processing and nervous system regulation.
-Practical insights into integrating these tools into your daily routine to reduce stress and foster resilience.
This experience will leave you with a deeper understanding of your body’s rhythms, actionable self-care practices, and a sense of empowerment in managing stress and emotions.

“As a devoted yoga teacher, fitness instructor, and holistic health coach, Lacey is passionate about nurturing embodied wellness to support personal and community healing. With a grounded and compassionate approach, Lacey offers safe, supportive classes that cultivate deeper body awareness, an intimate connection with the breath, and access to the inner Self.
