Welcome to the Malibu Sunrise Group!

Come join us at 7104 Westward Beach Rd at 6:30am to start your day with mindfulness, community, and a sunrise view. Connect with like-minded individuals who share your passion for a grounding morning routine.

The schedule is as follows:

Mondays: Meditation

Tuesdays: Writing

Wednesdays: Gentle Stretching/Yoga

Thursdays: Meditation

Fridays: Writing

The daily practices are breif and optional, leaving plenty of time to do your own thing.

Nothing is provided, so it is encouraged that you bring what you need. That may include:

• Yoga supplies
