PRIMAL PLAY - A Journey of Wordless Connection
Like animals, we can communicate beyond words.
Primal Play is an embodiment workshop exploring connection through movement, touch, sound, and breath. By letting go of goals, expectations, and the mind’s judgments, we drop into the body and meet each other from presence.
Each gathering is unique and unfolds organically. You’re invited to follow your impulses - whether playful, raw, soft, wild, or still. Wrestling, cuddling, laughter, release - whatever emerges is welcome, as long as it’s consensual.
We offer a safe and guided space for exploring boundaries, desires, and authentic relating through physical, non-verbal communication. Rooted in embodied intimacy, Primal Play invites you to meet others not through performance, but through presence.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We begin with simple embodiment practices to connect with ourselves before gradually meeting others.
The focus is on consent and clear, non-verbal communication.
All practices are invitations - your body leads the way.
We end with a short integration and closing circle.

ABOUT US
Henrik in an embodiment coach who have been teaching yoga and embodiment for close to decade. He’s passionate about creating spaces for deep presence, aliveness and real meetings.
Maria is a yoga instructor with a deep love for the body and all it holds. She creates spaces where people can meet themselves and each other in new, sensual, and alive ways. Through Primal Play, she invites you into a world of presence, play, and what lives beyond the rhythm of everyday life.
