This is your invitation to explore the depths of connection and healing through a unique combination of Primal Play and Circle Somatica.Join us for this special one-day event, designed to address our deepest relational needs—self-expression, being seen, heard, and met in our entirety. This experience combines the dynamic practice of Primal Play with the community healing modality of Circle Somatica, creating a space where we can connect, play, and grow together. As good as it can be, Primal Play may also generate some triggers, relational issues, and tendencies. Circle Somatica will allow us to address these in a deeper manner.

EXPLORATION & PRACTICES:
🔸Primal Play:
In the morning, we dive into Primal Play, a non-verbal, emotionally and physically connected movement meditation. This "brave space" allows you to shed societal expectations and explore the depths of present-moment awareness. Through guided somatic dialogue, you’ll learn to trust your instincts, connect with others authentically, and dance with the force of life’s energy, moving towards deeper connection and relational trust.
🔸 Circle Somatica:
In the afternoon, Circle Somatica invites you to dive into a collective healing journey. Here, we’ll address the relational traumas and limiting patterns that often keep us from fully living. We’ll co-regulate and co-create in a safe, attuned space, bridging the past to the present. Together, we’ll transform unconscious patterns and step into a more authentic, vibrant version of ourselves.
🔸Community Connection:
The day will conclude with time to relax, reflect, and connect with the other participants, building an embodied and connected community that supports ongoing growth and transformation.

FACILITATORS:
Buster Rådvik
Founder of Path of Relating and the Embodied Intimacy Training, Buster Rådvik is a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapist with an MA in Psychology. He specializes in trauma and attachment issues related to intimacy, sex, and relationships. Known for his transparent, candid emotional awareness, Buster leads by example, embracing vulnerability and messiness, creating a warm, inviting space for others to reconnect with their humanity.
