Ecstatic Dance Journey with Primal Flow is a guided movement experience where music becomes a pathway to freedom, joy, and presence. There are no dance steps to learn, no performances to give, and no judgments. Just an invitation to move however your body feels called to.

The session follows a carefully curated musical journey, beginning with grounding rhythms, building into uplifting energy, flowing through emotional release, and gently settling into a restorative landing. Every playlist is designed to help you reconnect with yourself through movement, breath, and sound.

Whether you are dancing for the first time or have experienced ecstatic dance before, this space welcomes everyone. Come solo or with friends and be part of a conscious community that celebrates authenticity, expression, and connection.

What you will experience:

A guided movement meditation through music

World rhythms, electronic beats, tribal grooves, and ambient soundscapes

A safe and judgment free environment

An opportunity to release stress and reconnect with your body

A calming closing integration

Community Guidelines:

Dance barefoot.

No talking on the dance floor.

No phones or photography during the journey.

No alcohol or recreational substances.

Respect your own space and the boundaries of others.
