Join Capital City Pride for an evening of authentic voices and powerful storytelling. Pride Storytellers: True Stories, True Selves will feature 5–8 LGBTQ+ individuals from right here in Des Moines, each sharing a personal story that reflects the diverse experiences, challenges, and triumphs within our community.
This event is an opportunity to listen, connect, and celebrate the beauty of living openly and authentically. Whether you come to be inspired, to learn, or simply to support your community, you’ll leave with stories that stay with you.
We hope you’ll join us for this special evening of storytelling and community connection.
This event is free, but you do need to reserve your ticket through the Des Moines Performing Arts website: Ticket Link Coming Soon.
