Pride Wellness Fair

Start the new year by investing in your wellbeing at the Capital City Pride Wellness Fair! This interactive community event brings together affirming organizations, businesses, and wellness experts in one place to help LGBTQ+ Iowans, their friends, and their families explore every dimension of wellness—from physical and mental health to financial, social, intellectual, and spiritual wellbeing.
Enjoy engaging panel discussions, connect with local resources, discover new opportunities to support your goals, and experience performances by local entertainers and drag artists throughout the morning. Whether you’re looking for healthcare, financial guidance, fitness inspiration, community connections, or simply a fresh start, the Pride Wellness Fair is your one-stop destination for living well and thriving together.
