🏳️🌈 Pride Happy Hour Yoga is a body-positive, empowering practice celebrating Mankato Pridefest weekend. Move with us in a welcoming, inclusive space that honors authenticity, community, and self-expression.
This all-levels practice will include flowing and static poses, meditation, and light-hearted Pride-themed music. Come as you are—everyone is welcome. No yoga experience necessary.
