Welcome to our Preventionounce Wellness Event! Join us for a day filled with activities focused on promoting a healthy lifestyle. From yoga sessions to nutrition workshops, we have something for everyone. Come mingle with like-minded individuals and learn from experts in the field. This in-person event is a great opportunity to prioritize your well-being and gain valuable insights into maintaining a balanced and healthy life. Don't miss out on this chance to invest in yourself and your health. Please register by July 5th. The Day will look as followed:

10am-12pm: restorative yoga, chair massages, transformational speakers, playa bowl lunch, mantra cards at SPACE THREE

1pm-4pm: Canoeing Adventure at Bellbrook Canoe

5pm-7pm: We will enjoy dinner,apps and drinks on the rooftop of Dayton Beer Company

$300 will pay for the entire day

If you or your friends are out of town we also have a room block at the Fairfield Marriott Dayton Downtown but must be booked by June 15th

Saturday July 20th we will be running the Dragon's 5K- not included in the day but feel free to join us by going to Dragons 5K presented by Orthopedic Associates Online Registration (runsignup.com)
