We’re excited to invite you to a special workshop called “Preventing Falls and Improving Balance” hosted at Hazeldean Family Chiropractic! This workshop will take place on Thursday, October 2 from 6:15pm - 7:15pm.
This workshop will be presented by Amanda Sterczyk, MA, CPT, an international author, certified personal trainer, and seniors’ fall prevention advocate. With over a decade of experience and thousands of hours teaching, Amanda specializes in exercises that improve balance, strength, and flexibility. In the workshop, Amanda explains the balance "sweet spot", the complexity of our balance system, and how easy it is to incorporate exercise into your daily life to improve your balance and prevent falls.
Amanda has published 14 books, including 6 seniors’ exercise guides, which will be available for purchase at the end of the workshop. Each book is priced at $20, payable by cash, cheque, or e-transfer to Amanda.
