This book club is designed for kids ages 9 to 12. Children in this book club are expected to read the book themselves. Kids will meet monthly to discuss the book and complete a brief activity. Children should have read at least half of the month's book before attending the book club. The first 10 children to sign up will receive a library copy of the book to check out, one per family. April's book is The Eyes and the Impossible by Dave Eggers. Pre-registration is required. You can register online, in person, or by calling the Children's Desk at 936-522-2754.
