About Your Coaches:
LAURA CARSON is a seasoned real estate agent, professional
dancer and studio owner–turned video confidence coach. After
years of performing on stage without fear, she discovered that
creating business videos triggered the same freeze response
she'd overcome in dance. Using performer training techniques,
she developed a system that's helped professionals go from
camera-phobic to posting weekly. In addition to her online
coaching program, Laura runs the PRESS RECORD Workshop in
Southern Arizona.
KIMIKO DONAHUE is a speaker, musician, and high-performance coach with nearly 20 years of experience in insurance, sales, leadership, and entrepreneurship. A 5x founder with successful exits, she has built companies across multiple industries while helping individuals and teams grow in confidence, communication, and performance. Known for her “unlabeled” philosophy, her work helps people reconnect with who they are beyond titles, expectations, and limiting beliefs. Kimi performs in multiple rock and metal bands, bringing authenticity, creativity, and stage energy into everything she teaches.
