When was the last time you pressed pause on the chaos to check in on how satisfied you are in your life? I know, it’s hard to do because we are overwhelmed by ALL THE THINGS and some of it is out of our control, and also who has time to pause anyway???

But when we let the chaos consume us — that chaos is STRONG, am I right?! — life ends up happening to us. And gosh, it would feel a whole lot better to be at the CAUSE of our lives.

In this session, you will learn about (and get a chance to use!) a tool called the Wheel of Life. Using this tool builds your awareness of where things are going well in your life, what’s giving you energy, where you feel satisfied and fulfilled — and where things aren’t going as well, where your energy is depleted.

This fresh awareness can help you determine how much time and energy you want to spend making life work for you.
