Building Relational Awareness Through the Body
(Body awareness foundational to Circling)
I’m offering a 2 hour outdoor workshop next Saturday 24th May 10-12 In Sussex Square gardens, Kemptown, Brighton.
A quiet outdoor space to slow down and tune into the quiet intelligence of the body—in yourself and in connection with others.
Through simple, guided practices in nature, we’ll explore how our bodies respond to closeness, distance, eye contact, and subtle shifts in presence.
You’ll be invited to notice:
* How your body signals safety, discomfort, or curiosity
* What changes in you when someone moves closer or further away
* The difference between performing connection and actually feeling it
These are gentle, non-verbal practices—but powerful. They help us return to the truth of how we feel, moment by moment.
You’ll leave with greater self-awareness, a deeper sense of ease in connection, and a more attuned relationship to your body’s signals—both in solitude and with others.
