In today’s fast-paced design culture, stress and overthinking block creativity. This hands-on session shows how presence and play improve focus, build emotional capacity, and support psychological safety—unlocking fresh ideas and better team communication. Through grounding practices and LEGO® Serious Play®, you’ll explore how using the body as a compass reduces pressure, prevents burnout, and makes creative work easier and more engaging.

Elisabet is a Senior UX Designer, Mentor, and Facilitator in Creativity, Innovation, and Well-being, with over 10 years of experience in product design, user research, and creative facilitation across startups, government, enterprise, and corporate wellness environments.
She guides individuals and teams to think clearly, collaborate better, and solve complex challenges creatively through design, mindfulness, and play (LEGO® Serious Play®).
She currently works for the Government of Alberta and is the founder of Designfulness™, a holistic approach that brings presence, creativity, and human connection back into how we live and work, supporting communication, collaboration, and better decision-making in complex systems.
