About this Event

Local results Aiken Lands Conservancy has seen from the reintroduction of fire will be highlighted, and landowners will have the opportunity to connect with partners, technical assistance providers, and cost-share resources to help them safely take the next steps to implement prescribed burning on their own properties.

Topics will include prescribed fire basics, local case studies, wildlife habitat benefits, longleaf pine restoration, wildfire risk reduction, cost-share opportunities, and how landowners can begin planning for prescribed fire on their property.
