Expectant parents will learn about physiological and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy and birth. The class covers labor and delivery, cesarean sections, breathing techniques, anesthesia and analgesia, exercise, relaxation techniques, breastfeeding and baby care. It also includes various tools for coping with discomforts of labor.
