9:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. & 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
📗 Wednesday, February 18
9:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. & 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
📘 Thursday, February 19
9:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. ONLY
You MUST bring the following to register: your child, your child’s birth certificate, a form of income verification (2025 W2 or 1040 Tax Forms preferred, pay stubs for one month, TANF, SSI, Child Support, or letter from employer), your child’s Medicaid/private insurance card, any guardianship/kinship papers, proof of residency (Utility Bill, Rental Agreement, Mortgage, or letter from owner), and your SNAP Card (if you have one). ✏️
