Get ready for life after baby arrives with tips on self-care, mental health, and support at our Preparing for Postpartum event!This is a 2 day hands on class that covers everything from the Golden Hour (1 hour after birth) thru your postpartum period. Day 1 (Friday) will cover Golden Hour, & a full prenatal breastfeeding class. Proper bottle feeding techniques, and how to prepare a bottle formula and breastmilk. Plus going back to work. Day 2 (Saturday) covers Postpartum self care and full newborn basic care skills. This class will you ready for your postpartum period and beyond! $100 per couple
