Preparing for birth is common. Preparing for life after baby is rare.
Research shows nearly 2/3 of couples experience a decline in relationship satisfaction after a baby arrives—and almost half of mothers report struggling with their mental health postpartum.
Led by a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Certified Parent Coach, this interactive workshop helps you understand the emotional and psychological realities of early parenthood—and gives you practical tools to navigate them with more confidence and connection.
