Join a community of expectant parents and nurture your body, mind, and baby in our Prenatal Yoga Series. Designed to support every stage of pregnancy, these gentle and empowering classes combine breathwork, mindful movement, and relaxation techniques to help build strength, ease discomfort, and prepare for birth.
Julie Cyr is a certified prenatal yoga instructor and mom of two. She has been a yoga practitioner for 30 years and has been teaching yoga for over 20 years.
This class will run for 3 weeks on Sundays, November 10th-24th, from 4-5pm.
$60 members / $72 non-members
