Prenatal Childbirth and Baby Care Class

Want an opportunity to learn the essentials about birth and how to care for your new baby in a fun and interactive way?

You will love our prenatal class and enjoy meeting other expectant parents.

Fee is $195 per couple and you will come away informed and with a bag of supplies to help you on the road to parenthood.

Topics covered Include:

• Stages of labour
• Interventions and options
• Comfort measures-medicated and unmedicated
• C-section and vaginal birth
• How to write a birth plan – and have an empowered birth
• Postpartum care for Mom
• Caring for your newborn, including bathing diaper, dressing, soothing and car seats
• Feeding your newborn basics and your changing relationship as parents

Taught by an engaging Registered Nurse who will have you laughing and you will leave feeling prepared to welcome your baby!
