About this Event

Pregnancy yoga session led by a midwife who is also a qualified yoga instructor.

Open to women and birthing people booked to give birth at Kingston Maternity, at any stage in pregnancy. No previous experience of yoga is necessary.

Held in the Wellbeing rooms, Antenatal clinic, Ground floor, Kingston Maternity Unit, Kingston Hospital, Galsworthy Road, KT2 7QB

Wear comfortable clothing to allow for movement. Bring a bottle of water. Yoga mats provided.
