Walking in pregnancy has many known benefits, such as improving emotional well-being, it can directly impact your babies development in the womb, plus feel the power of the connection to a group of women who are walking the same path!

For new mothers this is a perfect opportunity to gently exercise, once you feel up to it. Fresh air and nature are such a tonic, plus meet other women and share the journey.
