Staying active in a safe, supportive way can make a real difference to how you feel during this time.
My Pregnancy Fitness classes are designed to help you feel stronger, more comfortable in your body, and more confident as your pregnancy progresses, while connecting with other local mums-to-be.
Starts: Thursday 18th June 7pm Trinty Church, Gosforth - 5weeks £43
This no-impact class is suitable from 12 weeks to birth and includes:
• Fun, energising workouts to music
• Strengthening and toning exercises
• Relaxation to help you recharge
• A friendly, supportive space to meet other local pregnant mums
