This workshop changes that.
RWHC's 2-day Preceptor Training Program is hands-on, practical, and built around the reality that being skilled at your job and being skilled at teaching your job are two completely different things. If you're stepping into a preceptor role, or you've been doing it for a while and want to feel more equipped, this is worth your time.
Over two full days you'll work through everything from building a real integration plan and reading a learner's needs, to giving feedback that actually lands, navigating conflict, and handling the moments when things get hard. There's role-playing and simulation built in because the best way to get comfortable with these skills is to practice them in a room full of people who get it.
Open to anyone in a healthcare role who precepts others — nursing, lab, pharmacy, therapies, radiology, nutrition, admissions, and beyond.
