During our pre-school sessions, you and your MiniMe will learn about your inner superpowers and how they be beneficial when responding to feelings of stress and anxiety. Our mindset and mindfulness sessions are taught in fun and innovative ways. We use mediations (designed especially for children), stories, games, props and visuals.
