Strength and Mobility classes designed for Pregnancy and Postpartum. These classes are low impact and fun. With effective, functional movements to help maintain strength and limit pains through pregnancy. Recover, restore & rehabilitate in postpartum. When: Each Monday at 9.30am

Cost: $20 casually | $15 with a class pass
Length: 45-60min
Kids are welcome at all classes with play equipment available
