Pre and Postnatal Aqua Fitness Classes. These classes are fun, low impact and beneficial through all stages of pregnancy and postpartum. With exercises designed to help maintain strength and limit pain through pregnancy. Recover, restore and rehabilitate in postpartum.When: Every Tuesday at 9.30am

Cost: $20 casually | $15 with a class pass
Length: 45-60min
Kids of all ages are welcome are are able to join us in the pool
