PRAXIS Movement is a physical class series that offers different experiential approaches to movement, embodiment and consciousness. Kristina Gjems will host Taiji and Qigong Tues 24-09 to 26-09, from 9:30 to 10:30.

About the event
Kristina Gjem’s classes are based on the principles of Taiji and Qigong as movement meditation; grounding, breath and effortless flow of energy. We notice how stillness and giving attention to our inner landscape can generate movement. We experience our presence and porous membranes in communication with the surrounding space. The classes will contain guided form as well as the possibility to follow our own bodies in exploration.
