Join us in this immersive experience where we explore the breath in meditation, and meditation through the breath. We’ll practice Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) to balance the energy channels, and Ujjayi breath to cultivate inner calm and focus.
Through intentional breathing and techniques like Kumbhaka (breath retention), you will deepen your awareness of the body, mind, and the subtle non-physical aspects of being.
