Prana Flow is a combined breath stretches and yoga exercise class targeting all body energy systems helping you to achieve a flow like state. 

Prana is the life force or vital energy that flow through all living things sometimes described as breath air or the essence of life itself.

The energy is responsible for all functions of the various organs and the systems in the body as well as our thoughts emotions and actions.

A flow like state is defined as an optimal state of consciousness where your feelings and performance are at your best by being fully present and focus on what you are doing.
