Treat yourself to some self-care and wellbeing at our mini retreat. Allow the body to move gently and mindfully in seated yoga then relax and nourish yourself with guided breathwork, meditation and a beautiful sound bath.
A sound bath is the use of a variety of instruments to create a 'bath' of sound. You are immersed within the sounds and this allows for a deeper state of calm and relaxation.
Bring a mat if you would like to lie down for the sound bath (let us know if you need to borrow a mat). There is the option to remain seated for the sound bath also. If you prefer you could bring a garden chair. Also bring a blanket and any cushions and anything else you might want to bring to allow your experience to be more comfortable and cosy.
We will begin with seated yoga, then pause and refresh with some tea/coffee and biscuits, then finish with our beautiful sounds.
