Kick off the night GODBODY PRAISE led by your Sunday Service Coaches: @iamsaraholivia @__iamdede @mindfulfitchris + special guests.

Then slow it down with a spiritual Mat Pilates experience led by guest instructor @GRNDpilates

Followed by STILL: Stretch & Prayer and intimate time together in the Word as sisters in Christ with special guest gues speaker @brittanydmorton of Saved in the City!
