Slow down and experience the power of pause. In this calming and restorative workshop, you’ll be guided through relaxation and breathwork, learn simple one-minute reset practises, and reflect on how to weave stillness into your daily rhythms. Perfect timing to ground yourself before the Christmas season.

The Wise, Wild & Well series is a collection of seven in-person workshops designed for women navigating the busy, beautiful, and sometimes messy seasons of life. Each 2.5-hour gathering blends reflection, practical wellbeing tools, and supportive group connection in a warm, welcoming space on the Redlands Coast. You can attend a single workshop, choose a few that speak to you most, or join the full series to experience the unfolding journey from clarity and resilience to joy, compassion, and rest.
