About the workshop🍂💖 Letting Go with Kindness: Closing the Year in Compassion
As the year draws to a close, this restorative workshop offers space to reflect, release, and nurture yourself with compassion. Through journaling, self-kindness practices, and gentle group exercises, you’ll learn to transform self-criticism into care and let go of what no longer serves you. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more at peace, and ready to step into the new year with gentleness and strength.

The Wise, Wild & Well series is a collection of seven in-person workshops designed for women navigating the busy, beautiful, and sometimes messy seasons of life. Each 2.5-hour gathering blends reflection, practical wellbeing tools, and supportive group connection in a warm, welcoming space on the Redlands Coast. You can attend a single workshop, choose a few that speak to you most, or join the full series to experience the unfolding journey from clarity and resilience to joy, compassion, and rest.
