A four-part Thursday evening series blending neuroscience-informed mindfulness with guided gallery experiences, presented in partnership with Kindness Matters.Each session begins in the Ohnell Sculpture Garden with facilitated discussion and gentle regulation practices led by Jamie Mavrides, program director at Kindness Matters. Coffee, tea, and light refreshments from the Muse Café are included. The evening wraps with a guided gallery visit, where a Museum educator connects the session's theme to a work on view.
