Practice & Talk Meeting

In our general meetings, we will explore the core teachings and practices of Buddhism, as a philosophy of life and deep spiritual practice, that blend classical Buddhism with novel Shin Buddhist teachings. Our Practice & Talk meetings include meditation, mindfulness, sacred chants, incense offering, Q & A, and so much more. Open to the general public, beginners, and veteran practitioners alike.

Location: Mansfield Freeman Center for East Asian Studies, 343 Washington Terrace, Middletown, CT, USA (there is plenty of free parking on Washington Terrace, and on Mt. Vernon Street which is the side street, next to the center).

Suggest donation: $10 - 20 per person (cash or check)to help cover operating costs. Thank you.
