Buddhist teacher Jeff Eisenberg believes that more than something to believe in, Buddhism is something that we do. And that the only way to learn how to apply the teachings, is to apply the teachings. Meaning that the only way to develop the ability to realistically apply them, is to repeatedly do so under real life conditions.
